Cut & Paste and the New Year

Happy New Year everyone!  I hope that 2014 is off to a fantastic start for you.  Leading into 2014, I've been doing a lot of thinking about  my scrapbooking.  It haven't been able to enjoy it as much recently, so I'm trying to find time to enjoy it again.
I also want to try to be more on top of sharing projects here on my blog with more consistency.  So with that in mind, here is a layout I finished recently.

I created this layout using Amy Tangerine's Cut & Paste line.  I thought it would be fun to make these big flowers using a circle punch to create the petals.  I added different elements to the centers of each flower from chipboard to stickers.

The petals are very easy to make.  Simply punch out a circle (I have the paper pad so my papers are one sided so I punched two for each petal and glued them together.  Then you fold the circle over on both sides to create the petal.

It is a fun and colorful layout.  Kind of a stray from my normal, but I like it!

Now onto a little bit of unresolved business!  The winner of my Top Ten giveaway.  Random.org picked #13 and that lucky person is:

So many great projects! Thanks for your inspiration! I'm a new follower!

Until next time!
